big Sky lift

Big Sky LIFT (Lifting Individuals and families with Financial Troubles), an emergency relief fund administered by the Montana Community Foundation, provides grants to families and individuals who are struggling financially due to the economic downturn in Big Sky. Currently, the program is offering grants to individuals and families affected by the bankruptcy of Spanish Peaks.

LIFT applications must be received on or before February 17, 2012 to be considered.

To be eligible for a LIFT grant, applicants must:

  • Be recently laid from a job at Spanish Peaks
  • Demonstrate financial hardship

Grants will be available in amounts up to $1,000 for individuals and $2,500 for families.
