Submission Instructions

This form accepts one artwork submission per category. The Images that Shape Montana contest includes four categories, and you may submit one entry in each category.

• Upload one file per submission.
• If you would like to enter multiple categories, you must complete and submit a separate form for each category.
• A maximum of four total entries may be submitted (one in each category).

Example: If you wish to enter artwork in two different categories, you will need to complete this form twice—once for each category.
