Communications Manager

The Communications Manager is an integral part of a team of professionals dedicated to serving Montana through philanthropy. This non-exempt position reports to the Marketing and Communications Director and plays a key role within the Marketing and Communications department.

The Communications Manager supports all aspects of MCF’s communications efforts, including content production and targeted outreach. This role helps promote and share key Foundation messages through a variety of channels, such as publications, web platforms, video, social media, events, and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller who can translate complex ideas into clear, compelling content for diverse audiences.

 

Impact Program Director

The Impact Program Director is an integral part of a team of professionals dedicated to shaping Montana’s future through giving. Reporting to the President and CEO, this position is responsible for envisioning and bringing to life what’s possible for Montana through MCF’s Impact Programs.

This leadership role focuses on advancing MCF’s work through strategic collaborations, thoughtful grantmaking, and innovative impact investing. The Impact Program Director works closely with partners across the state to strengthen communities and drive long-term, meaningful change.
