The Montana Community Foundation (MCF) is growing, and we’re excited to announce an open Philanthropy Officer position. This position can be based out of the following counties: Lewis and Clark County, Broadwater County, Jefferson County, or Missoula County. This role is ideal for someone passionate about growing philanthropy in Montana and strengthening communities across the state. Applications will be reviewed starting July 27, 2026.
In support of Montana Community Foundation’s mission, the Philanthropy Officer is an integral part of a team of professionals dedicated to growing philanthropy in Montana. Reporting to the Vice President of Philanthropy, this role works closely with donors, prospective donors, professional advisors, nonprofit partners, and community stakeholders to strengthen philanthropy across the state. The Philanthropy Officer manages a portfolio of relationships, leads donor cultivation and stewardship efforts, and helps grow charitable funds through meaningful conversations and trusted partnerships.
