The Montana Community Foundation (MCF) is growing, and we’re excited to announce an open Donor Services Coordinator position based in Helena. This role is ideal for someone passionate about dedicated to growing philanthropy in Montana and strengthening communities across Montana. Applications will be reviewed starting June 22, 2026.
In support of Montana Community Foundation’s mission, the Donor Services Coordinator is an integral part of a team of professionals dedicated to growing philanthropy in Montana. This position reports to the Philanthropy Operations Manager and works closely with colleagues to collaborate with a diverse range of constituents, including donors, professional advisors (attorneys, accountants, financial advisors, and trust officers), as well as local community foundations and nonprofits across the state to establish and grow charitable funds through both direct and planned gifts. This role serves as a primary point of contact for donor inquiries, ensuring timely, accurate, and thoughtful responses. It also assists in maintaining and supporting MCF’s constituent relationship management (CRM) system.
