Background

The Cowboy Christmas Ball Scholarship was created to benefit current college students who graduated from Sweet Grass County High School.

Criteria

Required Criteria

The following are required criteria for this scholarship. Applicants must:

• be a graduate of Sweet Grass County High School in Big Timber, MT.
• have completed, or be in the process of completing, one-third of the required credits toward an undergraduate or graduate degree at an accredited postsecondary institution.

Selection is based on an assessment of essay question responses, as well as demonstrated academic achievement and financial need.

Reapplication

Previous recipients may apply again.
