• Application Access Code: 25JDSE
• Applicant must be a graduating senior from Fairview High School
• Applicant must be enrolled in a degree program in an accredited post-secondary educational institution (university, college, community college, college of technology, trade or technical school).
• Applicant must have a GPA of 2.0 or higher.
• Selection is based on financial need and essay questions.
• Applicant must provide references and a letter of recommendation.
