Criteria

• Application Access Code: 25RIGB
• Applicant must be a senior graduating from Billings Senior High School.
• Applicant must have made significant academic progress during their high school career in the face of extraordinary obstacles. Those obstacles may be physical, mental, economic or a combination of obstacles of any sort, the results of which have created the seeds of failure over which the student has persevered.
• Applicant must have a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher.
• Applicant must plan to be enrolled in an accredited post-secondary educational institution (university, college, community college, college of technology, or technical school).
