Criteria

• Application Access Code: 24HBVF
   
• Applicant must be a graduate or graduating senior.
• Applicant must live or lived in one of the following towns: Helmville, Lincoln, or Ovando, Montana.
• Applicant must demonstrate a GPA of at least a 2.0 or higher. (first-time non-traditional applicants not required)
• Selection is based on the following additional criteria: past performance in academic and vocational areas, achievement in school and community activities, leadership potential, and academic effort.
• Applicant must plan to be enrolled in an accredited post-secondary educational institution (university, college, community college, college of technology, or technical school).
• Renewal Criteria:
  • Applicant must complete student information and acceptance form
  • Must submit the most recent transcript
  • Must submit a schedule of full-time status
  • GPA requirement of 2.0 or higher
