• Application Access Code: 24QUAD
  
• Applicant must be a graduating senior from Lavina or Ryegate High School
• Selection is based on the following additional criteria: financial need, scholastic aptitude, field of study, and participation in school, community, and church activities.
• Applicant must plan to be enrolled in an accredited post-secondary educational institution (university, college, community college, college of technology, or technical school).
