Criteria

• Application Access Code: 24URIB
  
• Applicant must be a graduating senior from a Billings area high school
• Applicant must have performed at least one solo at a State Music Festival one of the following: violin, viola, cello, or bass
• Applicant must have received a 'Superior' rating
• Applicant must demonstrate a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher
• FASFA is requested, although financial circumstances may not be based on financial need
• Applicant must be attending a regionally accredited public or private college, university, or college of technology
