Leslie is the Executive Director of Richland Economic Development Corp (REDC), located in Sidney, MT. Leslie has been with REDC since 1999, when she was hired as the Project Assistant. In 2001, Leslie accepted the Executive Director position, and 2026 marks her 25th year in this position. Leslie was born a fifth-generation resident of Richland County, and she is committed to volunteerism, leadership, and collaboration. Some of the organizations that Leslie has been engaged with include the MT Ambassadors, which awarded Leslie the Ambassador of the Year in 2011, Leadership Montana, which Leslie is an alumnus of the Flagship, Master’s Class, certified Gracious Space instructor, and former Chair of the Board of Directors. Leslie was also awarded the Mike O Niel Alumni Service Award in 2022. Leslie is active in several local groups as well. She serves as the Moderator of the First Congregational Church of Savage, President of the Savage Community Hall, and also serves as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) since 2018.
Leslie and her husband Jim enjoy being outdoors as much as possible. They also enjoy spending time with their two children and one grandson.
