Criteria

• The Alan & Janette Blackburn Scholarship was created for the benefit of students who have graduated or who will graduate from a Montana High School.
• Application Access Code: 25BLAK
• Applicant must be a graduating senior or have graduated from a Montana high school.
• GPA must be 3.5 or above.
• Applicant must have graduated in the upper 20% of their class.
• Applicant must be or plan to be enrolled in a degree program in an accredited post-secondary educational institution (university, college, community college, college of technology, or technical school).
