Tracy Cosgrove brings a wealth of experience and dedication to her role as a board member. Her career is rooted in supporting arts and social justice organizations as both a professional and a volunteer. She currently serves as the Financial Director at the Archie Bray Foundation for the Ceramic Arts, where she combines her passion for the arts with her expertise in financial leadership.

Previously, Tracy spent a decade in financial leadership at the Missoula Art Museum, following her tenure as Chief Operating Officer at Forward Montana. Her commitment to nonprofit service extends to the state, regional, and national levels. She has served as treasurer for Montana Conservation Voters and the Seattle-based Social Justice Fund, as chair of the YWCA USA in Washington, D.C., and the Minnesota Women’s Consortium. Currently, she is the board treasurer for the Jeannette Rankin Foundation in Georgia, which provides post-secondary education scholarships to non-traditional women students.

Passionate about creating sustainable business models for mission-driven work, Tracy embodies the belief that art has the power to transform and save lives.
