The Montana Community Foundation (MCF) is growing, and we’re excited to announce an open Controller position based in Helena. This role is ideal for someone passionate about applying their financial expertise to support philanthropy and strengthen communities across Montana. Applications will be reviewed starting on March 9, 2026.

In support of MCF’s mission, the Controller is responsible for the oversight and accuracy of the Foundation’s financial accounting and reporting functions. Working closely with the Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration, the Controller helps develop and carry out the department’s annual work plan, supervises departmental staff, and ensures strong internal controls and efficient accounting systems.
